At a Prishtina ad agency, 20 female cleaners come together for a focus group about a new bleach product. Fatime, a domestic worker from the outskirts of town, shares a story that captures the attention of Elvira, the agency's head. She soon finds herself in a luxurious coastal residence, caring for Elvira after a liposuction procedure. Fatime is sworn to secrecy and her loyalty deepens; she believes their bond is real. But a sudden incident shatters their relationship. What Fatime once believed to be a genuine connection reveals itself as a power play—a stark reminder of the deep inequalities shaped by class.
